AUTHORIATION

The individuals identified on this website (name and photo) are legally authorized representatives of AEROSPACE RESEARCH OPERATIONS and are authorized to investigate, interview, photograph, document, collect data and report on events, incidents and persons of interest on behalf of Aerospace Research Operations.

Additionally we are prepared to deploy in the field with advanced instrumentation to detect and record various electromagnetic fields, radio frequencies, nuclear radiation as well as temperature variations.

JOE DiEDUARDO

OPERATIONS AND UAP INVESTIGATION ~ Joe is a retired Law Enforcement Officer after 26 Years with the Cape May Sheriff’s Office in New Jersey. He was a PTC certified police instructor and field training officer. He attended FBI training schools and was certified in interview and interrogations techniques and analysis. Joe is a very experienced UAP investigator. Joe is a MUFON certified field investigator. He served as MUFON state section Director (Southern NJ) and as the Midwest CMS Director. He is an expert in analyzing witness sighting case report date bases. In 2009 worked in the BAASS /MUFON Project which was facilitated at Bigelow Aerospace that was operated and funded by the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) through the Advanced Aerospace Weapon Systems Applications Program (AAWSAP) at the Pentagon. He led the team that analyzed the incoming sighting reports to authenticate witness information and vet the cases for investigation.

DEV RUGNE

OPERATIONS AND UAP INVESTIGATION ~ Dev was MUFON Chief Investigator in Oregon. In 2009 she was a Field Investigator and as a Dispatch Operator working at the BAASS MUFON SIP Project. In 2024 Dev Rugne became the State Director Northern California. Dev has completed over a thousand cases for MUFON in both Oregon and California. Dev wrote a book titled, “UFO Investigator: A Personal Look into Circumstance, Investigations and Discovery”, which is sold on Amazon. Dev is also a team member of MADAR (Multiple Anomaly Detection and Automated Recording) Project. She was a guest on Coast to Coast with George Noory, she's been on numerous podcasts, radio shows, and conventions.
